Our website exists to advertise our business and the services we provide to residential customers in the Greene County Ohio region. 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Comments are typically disabled on this website however may be enabled in the future. 


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We use contact forms across the site to allow visitors to engage with us as potential customers. For the purposes of communication we collect names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers, and if provided the physical address. Physical addresses are needed to provide the services we offer as a business, thus are collected at the time of inquiry or follow-up. This information is exported and stored privately on a database or customer relationship management service which remains private to our organization.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Nobody. We do not keep customer details on our website, and other than the requisite Google analytics and other similar tracking services we use to inform our website design and market to our customers, we do not share information outside of our company – with the exception of our website development and advertising contractor. As a company we value your personal data and do not sell it or share it unless it pertains to a service we offer, a subcontractor we utilize or for civic purposes such as permits. Any use outside of what can be deemed ‘regular’ in the course of our business will always be with your consent.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We maintain a private database of customer information for the purposes of customer service, marketing and business development. This is maintained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

All data is encrypted and password protected with strong passwords. We do not share your personal information outside of the regular course of business and we do not sell to 3rd parties. We value your privacy.

We use data to inform our marketing and business development, and in the course of regular operations. This helps us to better identify customer needs, as well as inform where, how and when we do business and the services we offer.
